Promethient’s Thermavance seating technology combines thermally conductive graphene material with solid-state heat pumping to cool or heat seat occupants, even when directly exposed to the elements. Thermavance seating has been adopted in multiple industries, including marine, motorcycles, ATVs, golf carts, and most recently, professional sports stadiums.
In his previous role, Pacilli served as the director of engineering for advanced development at Gentherm, a leading automotive supplier of thermal comfort technology. While with Gentherm, Pacilli led a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and technicians, as well as product ideation and proof-of-concept development.
